How we build software
Code review
Every change is reviewed by a second engineer before it is merged. Nothing reaches production without review.
Automated testing
Unit, integration and end-to-end tests run automatically on every change.
Version control
All code lives in Git with a clear history of who changed what and why, in a repository you control.

Architecture decisions, set-up instructions and runbooks are handed over with the software.
