Every piece of content published on Elsio follows a structured creation process:

1. Topic identification: Topics are selected based on genuine client questions, industry developments, and areas where we have direct hands-on experience.
2. Research and drafting: Content is drafted by a member of our engineering team who has practical experience with the subject matter. We draw on project experience, official documentation, and reputable industry sources.
3. Technical review: All technical content is reviewed by at least one additional engineer to verify accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
4. Editorial review: Content is checked for readability, grammar, factual accuracy, and alignment with our editorial standards before publication.
5. Publication and monitoring: Once published, content is monitored for reader feedback and flagged for updates when underlying technologies or practices change.

Our content is written by the same engineers who design and build software for our clients. This means every article, guide, and case study is grounded in real-world experience, not theoretical knowledge alone.

• Authors have hands-on experience building production systems
• Technical claims are backed by project experience and verifiable sources
• We clearly identify the author and their relevant expertise for each piece
• We do not publish ghost-written content or accept paid guest posts

We apply a rigorous fact-checking process to all published content:

• Statistics and data points are traced to their original source and cited
• Technical claims are verified against official documentation and our own testing
• Performance benchmarks are tested in controlled environments before being cited
• Industry trends and market data reference reports from recognised research firms
• Legal and regulatory information is cross-referenced with official UK government sources

Technology evolves rapidly, and we are committed to keeping our content current and accurate:

• Core technical guides are reviewed at least quarterly
• Blog posts are reviewed when related technologies release major updates
• Pricing and comparison pages are updated whenever vendor pricing changes
• All content displays a "last updated" date so readers know how current it is
• Outdated content is either updated or clearly marked as archived

We are transparent about where our information comes from. Our content references:

We believe in transparency about how content is produced. AI tools may be used to assist with research, drafting, or code examples. However:

• All AI-assisted content is reviewed, edited, and verified by a human engineer
• We never publish AI-generated content without thorough human review
• Technical accuracy is always validated by hands-on testing and engineer expertise
• AI is a tool in our process, not a replacement for engineering judgement
