What we build

We build the software UK businesses run on: systems that replace spreadsheets and disconnected tools, automation that takes repetitive admin off people's desks, and new products. If you are not sure which of these fits, describe the problem and we will tell you.

How every engagement works

The same four stages whatever we build. Read our methodology.
  1. Discovery

One to two weeks understanding the process, the people and the data. You get a written summary either way.
  2. Proposal

Fixed scope, price and timeline for the first release, agreed in writing.
  3. Fortnightly releases

Working software to review every two weeks, with priorities you can change between releases.
  4. Support

Optional ongoing support for fixes, updates and new features once the system is live.

Common questions

How are projects scoped and priced?
Every project starts with a short discovery. We then send a written proposal with a fixed price for a clearly defined first release, the timeline and what is deliberately left out. Later phases are priced the same way.
How long does a typical project take?
Most first releases take 8 to 16 weeks. Integrations and small tools can be quicker; larger systems are delivered in phases so the most valuable part goes live first.
Do you work with businesses outside London?
Yes. We are based in Ruislip, London, and work with businesses across the UK. Most of the work happens remotely, with working software to review every two weeks.
Can you take over an existing system?
Often, yes. We start with a short review of the code, hosting and documentation, then tell you plainly whether it is worth extending, refactoring or replacing.
